1. General Information
GoCar Montenegro acts as a car rental intermediary, connecting customers with trusted local rental partners across Montenegro. By completing a booking through our website, you enter into a rental agreement directly with the local supplier providing the vehicle.
2. Booking & Payment
All reservations must be made online through our secure booking form.
Payment options: You can pay by debit card or cash on pickup.
No deposit: Many vehicles are available with no deposit required.
Currency: All prices are shown in euros (EUR).
Confirmation: A booking confirmation will be sent instantly to your email.
3. Driver Requirements
Minimum driver age: 21 years.
A valid driving license held for at least 1 year is required.
An international driving permit (IDP) may be required if your license is not in Latin script.
4. Vehicle Pickup & Return
The car must be picked up and returned at the agreed time and location stated in your confirmation email.
Late returns may result in additional charges.
Fuel policy and mileage limits vary by supplier and are displayed during booking.
5. Insurance & Coverage
All rentals include basic insurance (CDW).
Optional full coverage can be added during booking or at pickup for extra protection.
The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by the selected insurance plan.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before pickup.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee equal to one day’s rental cost.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for booking.
7. Responsibilities of the Renter
The vehicle must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition as received.
Smoking and transporting pets without a carrier are not permitted.
All traffic fines, tolls, or penalties during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.
8. Limitation of Liability
GoCar Montenegro is not responsible for damages, delays, or losses caused by local suppliers or external factors such as traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on our website and effective immediately.
